中文摘要: 目前大型浮选机一直是借助经验积累和模仿模式进行升级设计,这种粗糙的设计模式已经和浮选机大型化的趋势不相匹配,并严重制约着我国浮选机的高效应用,因此,亟需理论创新指导工程实践。叶轮作为浮选机关键部件,以提高它的使用可靠性为目的,该课题深度分析揭示非定常流动特性以及叶轮与流场耦合振动机理,建立各因素影响下的非定常强度评价体系和耦合界面数据传输模型。确立叶轮优化参数并建立样本种群数据库,以耦合响应数据为基础,建立振动、质量、功率等目标函数与叶轮关键几何参数的映射关系,并进行寻优计算,形成了一套完整的叶轮优化技术路线。该课题采用当前先进的CFD和FEM技术以及先进的现代实验流体力学手段,直观的反映流场变化特点和流-固耦合的作用机制,为验证和修正理论模型提供了方法保证。该课题从研究引起流场变化的影响因素为出发点,以获取优异的叶轮形状为目标,探索了浮选机叶轮精细化设计的新途径。

英文摘要: Large-scale flotation is always designed with the accumulation of experience and imitation for upgrading, this extensive design model have not matched the trend of large-scale and will seriously restricts the efficient application of flotation machine in China. So the theoretical innovation is demanded to guide the engineering practice.Impeller is a key core component in flotation machine, in order to improve the reliability of impeller, this project reveals the moving pattern of unsteady flow and the coupled vibration mechanism between impeller and flow, establishes the evaluation system for unsteady flow strength and the data transmission model of coupling interface under the influence of various factors. This project establishes impeller optimization parameters, generates a sample population database and a mapping relationship between the vibration, quality, power and the impeller key geometric parameters, and calculates for optimization. At last, this project forms a complete impeller optimization technology roadmap.This project uses current advanced CFD and FEM technology and advanced means of modern experimental fluid mechanics, reflects characteristics of flow field change and flow-solid coupling mechanism intuitively, provides a method- guarantee for verification and correction of theoretical model. In order to obtain excellent structure, this project explores new ways about fine design for impeller base on studying factors causing the changes of the flow field.
