中文摘要: 提出一种分体式螺旋形定子超声微电机,利用波导传递超声换能器的振动能量,激励螺旋形定子工作部产生行波驱动转子旋转,具有接触面积大、无需预紧装置、超声换能器和电机主体分离等特点,良好的功率密度使其非常适合微型化设计,适用于MEMS、精密医疗器械和活体体内工作环境等领域。主要研究内容:统筹考虑超声换能器、波导、螺旋形定子工作部及转子间的作用关系,通过模拟与仿真分析,从理论上获得相关要素对超声微电机性能的影响规律以及机电系统间合理的参数匹配关系;建立分体式螺旋形定子超声微电机的动力学模型和接触模型,研究螺旋形定子中行波的产生条件,分析接触点椭圆运动形态,揭示超声微电机驱动力的形成机理;进行不同尺寸/形式样机的设计与制作,通过正交试验对各子系统进行优化设计,获得最优机械结构、系统参数、控制策略和集成方案;完成分体式螺旋形定子超声微电机的设计与制作(含控制系统,至少4套),提供设计方法和关键技术参数。

英文摘要: A splitting ultrasonic motor with spiral stator using waveguide to transfer the vibration energy of the ultrasonic transducer to simulate the spiral stator working portion generating traveling wave to drive the rotor is presented in this project. With the characteristics of large contact area, none pre-tighten devices, departure of ultrasonic transducer and motor main body, etc., it is especially suitable for the micromation of ultrasonic motor and thus hopeful to gain application in MEMS, medical apparatus and liquid working environment. The main.content of this project includes: Considering the interaction among the ultrasonic transducer, the waveguide, the spiral stator working portion and the stator, reveal the working principle of basic factors affecting the output performance of the ultrasonic motor, and their rational matching way among the electromechanical subsystems; Establish the dynamic model and contact model of the splitting ultrasonic motor with spiral stator. Analysis the working pattern of the elliptic movement of the contact point, find the conditions for generating traveling wave in the spiral stator working portion, and finally reveal the formation of the driving force of the ultrasonic motor; Design and make prototypes with different size and parameters to find the optimized mechanical structure, system parameters, control strategy and integration method through orthogonal tests on the subsystems; Finish design and manufacture of the splitting ultrasonic motor with spiral stator (at least 4 sets including the control system) and provide the design method and key technologies.
