中文摘要: 蚯蚓处理是畜粪减量化、资源化、安全化的途径之一,重金属污染畜粪的蚯蚓处理会导致腐殖质与重金属共存现象,而腐殖质组成结构特征及腐殖质-重金属络合物的稳定性会影响重金属迁移能力和环境风险。本项目拟以重金属污染畜粪为主料,13C标记秸杆为辅料,通过蚯蚓生物反应器动态试验和EA-IRMS、XRD、能谱扫描电镜等分析技术研究残余物、蚓体肠道蚓粪中腐殖质组分表征变化及其腐殖质结合态重金属形态分布间的关联规律;采用SEC和ICP-MS 联用技术等研究渗滤液DOM中腐殖质组分变化及其重金属污染分布的关联特征;通过13C标记HA蚯蚓转化试验研究蚯蚓在HA转化及其结合态重金属迁移分布间的作用意义;通过HA结合态重金属淋失试验及DOM络合重金属的荧光淬灭试验,研究关键腐殖物质组分HA对重金属的固持机理、淋失特性以及DOM对重金属的络合释放机理,以阐明畜粪蚯蚓反应器中腐殖质形成及其调控重金属迁移行为的机理。

英文摘要: The vermicomposting of livestock excrement contaminated with heavy metals was one of the approaches to its minimization, resource reuse and innocuousness, which opened a door for the coexistence of humic substances and heavy metals, while the configuration of humic substances as well as the stability of humic substances-metals complexes could influence heavy metals tansfer and environmental risks. This project was geared to explore the constitution(e.g. HA/FA, E4/E6 et al.) and evolving law of architectural feature of humic substances and its existing heavy metal species distrbution in the vermicompost, casts and leachate by means of dynamic vermicomposting of earthworm bioreactor for livestock excrement and analytic technique of EA-IRMS, XRD and scanning electronic microscope with energy spectrum,in which livestock excrement contaminated with heavy metals was the bulk material, rice straw marked with 13C were the amendments; The humic substances varying behaviour and distribution earmark of heavy metals pollution in the DOM of leachate was investigated by SEC and ICP-MS coupling technology;Moreover,the role of earthworms in the transformation of HA as well as the transfer and distribution of HA-complexed metals was studied through earthworm transformation culture experiment of HA marked with 13C; the leach-loss
