中文摘要: 自由曲面数控编程复杂、成本高。重用成功的加工经验会有效提高产品质量、降低成本。信息重用需要高效的检索工具,由于自由曲面形状复杂多变,无法通过工程中常用的编码系统实现检索,缺乏面向自由曲面数控加工信息重用的检索理论、算法和工具成为自由曲面数控加工信息重用的瓶颈问题。本项目研究解决该瓶颈问题的理论和方法,拟通过拓展的基于内容的三维模型检索技术实现。首先将曲面形状、加工特征和制造语义三方面信息整合,构成自由曲面加工信息结构化模型,实现CAD数模和数控加工之间的沟通,然后提取能够充分描述结构化模型特征的描述子,最后以该信息描述子为相似性评价和检索对象,实现曲面数控加工信息检索。本项目需要研究自由曲面的几何形状特征与数控加工、制造语义之间的内在联系及相互作用机理等科学问题,具有重要的理论研究价值。数控加工信息重用为解决复杂曲面数控编程问题提供了新的思路,项目研究成果具有广阔应用前景。

英文摘要: The technology of NC programming for freeform surface is one of the most challenging problems in process engineers, and its cost is very high. The reuse of successful experience in the processing will effectively improve product quality and reduce cost. Information reuse requires efficient searching tools. Because the shape of free-form surface is usually very complex and flexible, you can not use the coding systems which are usually used in general engineering to achieve the retrieval. The lack of retrieval theory, algorithms and tools become the bottleneck problem for the purpose of reusing the NC machining information. This project study the theories and methods to solve the bottleneck problem, propose by expanding the content-based 3D model retrieval technology to achieve. First, three aspects of the surface shape, processing features and manufacturing semantic information are integrated and constitute the structural model of free-form surface processing information, to communicate between the CAD model and NC machining, Then the model descriptor which can fully describe the structural characteristics of the model is extracted.
