中文摘要: 高温防护MCrAlY(M = Ni, Co或Ni+Co)包覆涂层在高温防护涂层体系中占有举足轻重的地位,它既能够单独为热端部件提供良好的保护,也是热障涂层体系(TBCs)中不可或缺的粘接层,决定着与之相关的高温防护涂层的服役性能和寿命。本项目将采用新型脉冲电子束物理气相沉积(PEB-PVD)技术,利用高精度激光(25 ns)产生脉冲电子束加热单质靶材,使蒸发出的活性原子在气相沉积过程中合金化,通过精确控制单质靶材蒸发响应时间制备具有层状结构的梯度MCrAlY包覆涂层;对获得的梯度MCrAlY包覆涂层进行微观组织结构分析,探讨其梯度结构特征和涂层在服役过程中有益元素扩散规律,考察涂层抗高温氧化及热震性能,研究PEB-PVD方法制备的梯度MCrAlY涂层"梯度效应"、微观组织结构演变规律和涂层退化机制。

英文摘要: MCrAlY (M denotes Ni and/or Co) overlay coating plays a vitally important role in the high temperature protective coating series. This promising metallic coating could either provide excellent protection independently or serve as the bond-coat for the thermal barrier coating systems (TBCs), thus it determines the property and service life for its related coatings in high temperature applications. The present study will utilize a novel technology of pulsed electron beam physical vapour deposition (PEB-PVD) to prepare a gradient MCrAlY overlay coating with composition and microstructure. By using 25 ns high-precision laser, the PEB-PVD lab-coater could generate pulsed electron beams with high degree of accuracy, which the composition of each coating layer could be regulated through controlling the "dwelling-time" of the pulsed electron beam on each element target. The gradient distribution of structure and composition of the obtained MCrAlY coating will be characterized. By testing the high temperature oxidation and thermal-shock behaviour, the performance of the coating and the diffusion rule of beneficial elements will be studied. The "gradient effect", microstructure evolution and degradation mechanism of the PEB-PVD prepared MCrAlY coating will be investigated intensively.
