中文摘要: 基于恶性肿瘤的早期检测及治疗在生物医学领域的应用前景,本项目选择碳或共轭聚合物包覆的稀土上转换发光纳米材料为研究对象,开发新型、高效的肿瘤诊治光热转换复合材料。本项目将从光热转换复合材料的制备和表面功能化、光学性能研究、肿瘤上转换发光靶向成像、光热治疗及毒性评估五个方面展开研究。控制合成具有粒径均一、分散性良好的光热转换复合材料,在优化上转换发光及光热转换性能的基础上,进行细胞层次和活体层次的肿瘤上转换发光靶向成像,并对肿瘤组织进行光热治疗实验。进一步对光热转换复合材料的毒性进行评估。本项目的研究将为恶性肿瘤的早期诊断及治疗提供一种新思路。

英文摘要: Based on the application prospect of cancer imaging and photothermal therapy, this project developes a novel phothermal coupling agent based on the carbon/polymer coated-upconversion nanoparticles. The research project includes the synthesis and surface functionlization of the heterostructure, the investigation of luminescent properties, tumor target imaging, photothermal therapy in vivo, and safety assessment. The controlled synthesis of photothermal coupling agent with suitable size, hydrophilic and targeting properties was firstly developed. Then, the upconversion luminescent properties and phothermal conversion efficency were investigated. Based on the heterostructure could target tumor in vitro and in vivo, photherthermal therapy was carried out. The toxicity of the heterostructure to living systems was further studied. The results of this research project will provide a new and efficient photothermal coupling nanomaterials for application in cancer imaging and therapy.
