中文摘要: 充分实现供需双方的"价值"是构建好的服务系统的目标,系统设计者应充分考虑价值如何被定义、分解、传递、转换,并作为服务系统构建过程的决策依据。 本课题通过对"协同创造价值"机理的探讨,重点研究服务价值模型(包括价值的分类、度量、分解性、传递性、依赖性)。针对服务系统设计中影响价值实现的三个关键决策点:(1)服务模型及其价值转换;(2)服务系统体系结构;(3)服务构件选取与组合,深入研究支持价值觉察的服务系统建模、设计与优化方法。 针对(1),研究价值觉察的服务模型规范、价值在服务模型中的描述与转换,以及价值驱动的模型评价与优化。针对(2),提出服务体系结构的概念,给出典型服务体系结构风格并对比分析各自在价值实现方面的优劣,研究体系结构风格选择方法。针对(3),研究面向价值优化的服务构件选择与组装方法。课题还将设计基于SOA 的服务平台原型系统,并在海运物流服务中加以应用验证。

英文摘要: One of objectives of developing a good service system is to full realize expectped value of both customers and providers. Service designers should fully consider how value is defined, decomposed, transferred and transformed, so as to provide decision supports to the process of service system development. In this project, by discussing the mechanism of "value co-production", we focus on the research of service value model, including the classification and evaluation of values, and the decomposibility, transitivity and dependency features of values. Aiming at three key decision-making points in service system design, i.e., (1) service modeling and value transformation between models; (2) architecture of service systems; and (3) selection and composition of service components, we will make deep research to get a vale-aware methodology for service modeling, design and optimization. Aiming at (1), we will present value-aware service model specification, value description and transformation in service models, and value-driven model evaluation and optimization. Aiming at (2), we will present the concept "service architecture (SA)" and typical styles of SA, especially compare the pros and cons of supporing value implementation between these SAs, so as to get a method for SA style selection. Aiming at (3), we will work on value optimization oriented service component selection and composition. In addition, this project will design an SOA-based service platform prototype and validate it in a practical ocean logistics service.
