中文摘要: 缺乏高性能的负极材料是制约钠离子电池(NIBs)应用的一大瓶颈。本项目拟设计构筑多孔结构的TiO2基介观晶体作为NIBs负极材料,着重考察TiO2介观晶体微结构,如孔径、比表面积和晶粒尺寸对储钠性能的影响,探索比较不同晶相TiO2介观晶体在NIBs中的应用,并揭示其电化学储钠机制;自组装原位合成碳及石墨烯共包覆的多孔TiO2介观晶体,进一步提高电极材料的电子或离子电导率,改进其倍率性能。经过系统研究,构建具有优异储钠性能的TiO2基介观晶体电极材料,为开发设计高性能NIBs电极材料提供重要的理论和应用指导。

英文摘要: A major obstacle in realizing Na-ion batteries (NIBs) is the absence of suitable anode materials. In this proposal, TiO2-based mesocrystals would be developed as anode materials for NIBs. It would be carefully investigated how the microstructures of mesocrystals, including the pore radius, surface area and crystalline size, influence the sodium-ion storage performance. The fundamental electrochemical mechanism of TiO2 polymorphs for sodium-ion storage would be also studied and revealed. Furthermore, in order to improve the rate capability through the faster transmission rate of electron or ion, TiO2 mesocrystals coating with carbon and graphene would be prepared by an in situ self-assemble route. We wish some TiO2-based mesocrystals with excellent sodium-ion storage properties could be obtained after aborative research of this project, and thus offer significant guidance for designing and developing electrode materials for NIBs with superior performance.
