中文摘要: 本项目针对电力系统规模的不断扩大,涌现出海量的电能质量监测数据,这对现有的电能质量分析计算平台带来了挑战,传统的分析技术在海量数据情况下,难以有效地保证数据分析精度和时间之间的有效平衡,为此拟在海量电能质量数据的特征提取,扰动检测,数据压缩,网络传输,自动分类等方面引入数据文本模式技术,以期有效提升海量电能质量数据的分析性能。本项目构建一种基于文本模式的电能质量数据模型,并在该模型上研究分析电能质量扰动事件的文本表达和规律,设计并优化基于文本模式评估指标的扰动检测算法,提出一种编码冗余小的基于文本词典的电能质量扰动数据压缩算法,以及依据分层排队模型设计渐进式网络传输编码算法,提出一种由待分类的扰动事件本身自适应地选择其最佳匹配规则的关联分类器构造算法,同时寻求一种基于模糊集理论的电能质量扰动诊断方案。本项目的完成将可为解决海量电能质量数据自动分析技术瓶颈提供实用的实验数据及解决方案。

英文摘要: With the enlargement of the scale of power system and emergence of massive power quality monitoring data, it brings challenges to the existing power quality analysis platform. In addition, it is difficult to effectively ensure the effective balance between precision and time of data analysis, while the traditional analysis techniques are in the case of massive data. For these reasons, we plan to employ text mode technology for the massive power quality data in the feature extraction, disturbance detection, data compression, network transmission, automatic classification and other aspects, so it can improve the performance of analysis of massive power quality data. In this project, we will establish a model for power quality data in text mode. Based on the model, text representation and rule of power quality disturbance events will be researched and analyzed in detail. The disturbance detection algorithm with evaluation indices in text mode will be designed and optimized. Above this foundation, we'll propose a text dictionary compression algorithm with less coding redundancy for power quality disturbance data, and a coding algorithm to design of data flow for progressive network transmission using layered queuing model. Then we'll put forward an associative classifier construction algorithm for disturbance event classification by itself to adaptively select the best matching rule. Finally, we'll try to seek a diagnostic scheme for power quality disturbances based on fuzzy set theory. The accomplishment of this project will provide some practical data and technical solution to the bottleneck of the automatic analysis techniques for massive power quality data.
