中文摘要: 基于半导体激光器(SL)的激光混沌已在高速保密光通信、超高速随机码生成、高精度雷达等众多方面展现出诱人的应用前景。目前对SL光混沌本身及其应用方面的相关研究均是基于SL的连续混沌态输出所开展的。在最近的相关实验研究中,我们多次实验观测到SL可实现一类新型的混沌信号输出,我们称之为随机阵发混沌,目前对该现象的研究尚为空白。本项目拟开展如下工作:对不同外部扰动下SL实现随机阵发混沌态输出开展初步实验研究;构建不同外部扰动下SL实现随机阵发混沌输出的相关动力学模型;在此基础上,摸索实验实现SL随机阵发混沌输出的精确调控方案并探索SL随机阵发混沌的相关应用方向。通过本项目的研究,可望在SL光混沌的基础性科学问题上做出一些具有原创性的研究工作,并探索出一些基于SL随机阵发混沌激光在信息技术领域的应用方向,从而为我国信息高技术领域的发展提供若干关键技术支撑。

英文摘要: The optical chaos output of semiconductor laser (SL) has shown potential application prospects in many fields such as high-speed optical secure communications, ultra- high-speed random number generation, high-precision radar, and so on. Currently, related investigations on the optical chaos of SL and its applications were mainly undertaken based on the continuous chaotic state output of SL. In our recent experimental study, we have observed a new type of chaotic signal output of SL, which is named as random intermittent chaos. To our knowledge, no research report has been focused on this phenomenon up to now. The project intends to undertake the following tasks. Firstly, we will conduct preliminary experimental observations on the random intermittent chaos of SL under different external disturbances. Then, we will build related dynamical models suitable for demonstrating the random intermittent chaos of SL under different external disturbances. As a result, we will fumble precisely control experiment schemes of the random intermittent chaos of SL. Finally, we will explore related application directions of SL-based random intermittent chaos in information technology field. By carrying on this project, we hope that we can perform some original research works in fundamental scientific issues of SL-based optical chaos, and explore some possible applications of SL-based random intermittent chaos in the information technology field so as to provide certain key technical support for the development of China's information high-tech field.
