中文摘要: 针对我国风电齿轮箱20年设计寿命置信度不高的现状,本项目将基于零件失效的概率判据及零件失效过程的统计相关性,采用理论分析与数据验证相结合的方法研究风电齿轮箱寿命建模问题。内容包括:⑴采用平稳过程、Poisson过程和Gamma过程分别描述疲劳载荷、极端载荷及强度退化的随机行为,建立疲劳载荷与极端载荷共存环境下齿轮箱零件的动态可靠度模型;⑵引入Copula理论描述齿轮箱零件失效过程的相关性,揭示齿轮箱整体性能与各独立零件性能之间的统计学关系,建立基于失效相关的齿轮箱寿命模型。研究结果综合形成"系统级到零件级"的风电齿轮箱寿命建模的基本方法。本项目旨在解决风电齿轮箱寿命设计的关键科学问题,符合未来5-10年我国机械工程学科发展战略部署的两个重要研究方向。为建立和完善我国风电齿轮箱的设计理论及设计标准提供有效途径,具有重要的理论意义和工程价值。

英文摘要: Considering the situation that the 20 years service life of wind turbine gearbox in china is of low confidence, this project will study the life modeling of wind turbine gearbox by combining theoretical analysis and data validation method, which is based on the probabilistic criteria of component failure and the statistical dependences among component failure events. The research mainly includes two parts. (1) Using stationary process, Poisson process and Gamma process to describe the random behavior of fatigue load, extreme load and strength degradation of components, respectively, we will develop the component dynamic reliability model under the conditions in which fatigue load coexist with extreme load is developed. (2) Introducing Copula Theory to describe the failure dependence among gearbox components, we will explore the relationship between gearbox performance and all independent components performance, and furthermore establish the gearbox life model based on failure dependences. All research results are integrated to form a basic method for life modeling of wind turbine gearbox from system level to component level.
