中文摘要: 在低信噪比/极低信噪比、大频偏条件下,利用开销小的短导频序列,来实现突发通信模式中有效可靠的载波同步对于改善突发通信系统的性能具有重要的意义。针对短突发工作方式、低信噪比和极低信噪比通信环境和大频偏条件,在分析现有同步技术的基础上,得出导频和数据混合突发结构的同步参数估计性能限,研究估计精度高、范围大、开销小,可靠、快速、稳健、适合实际应用的接收机同步结构和同步算法。在基于DSP+FPGA的软件无线电原型接收机平台上实现同步算法,分析量化对算法性能带来的损失,对算法性能进行测试,评估算法的运算速度和硬件资源需求。本研究将对提高短突发通信系统在低信噪比/极低信噪比下的系统性能和通信能力提供关键技术支撑。

英文摘要: Efficient and reliable carrier synchronization using short pilot sequences is important for improving the performance of burst communication at low or extremely low signal to noise ratio and large frequency offset. For the short burst mode at low or extremely low SNR with large frequency offset, based on the analysis of existing synchronization techniques, the synchronization parameter estimation bounds for the pilot and data hybrid burst structure will be obtained. The reliable, fast, and robust receiver synchronization structure and synchronization algorithm suitable for practical applications with high estimation accuracy, wide estimation range, and low cost will be studied. The synchronization algorithm will be implemented on a DSP+FPGA software radio receiver prototype platform. The performance loss caused by quantization will be analyzed. The performance of the algorithm will be tested. The speed and hardware resource requirement of the algorithm will be evaluated. The research result can serve as important technical support for improving the system performance and communication ability of short burst communication systems in low SNR or extremely low SNR.
