中文摘要: 为弥补产能短时不足,专注于核心竞争力以及提高订单响应速度,生产企业结合自身产能,通常选择部分工件转包,并支付一定费用,而其余工件自己生产。转包使用了外部资源,经典生产调度理论只考虑企业内部资源,不能直接应用于允许转包的情形。目前,考虑转包的调度研究仍处于起步阶段,基本都假设承包商产能无限,显然这不够符合实际。基于众多企业急需有效整合内外部资源及相关理论研究不足,本项目主要研究多承包商且他们产能有限的转包与生产协同调度问题,决策哪些工件转包和如何安排自留工件的生产计划,从而优化使用企业内外部资源。从实际背景中提炼并建立数学模型,分析它们的计算复杂性,设计相应的精确算法和启发式算法,并通过理论分析或仿真实验评价其性能。本研究一方面拓展了只考虑企业内部资源的传统调度理论,而且将开发协同调度算法设计的新技术,为研究相关领域提供新思路;另一方面,将为企业管理人员整合内外部资源提供科学指导与技术支持。

英文摘要: Due to the limited production capacity, the manufacturer usually subcontracts some jobs by paying fees, and processes the remaining jobs by itself in order to deal with the temporary shortage of its production capacity, concentrate on its core competence and reduce the response time for customer orders. However, scheduling the jobs by using the internal resources of the manufacturer only are studied in the traditional scheduling theory, which cannot be implemented to the situation that allows subcontracting since subcontracting uses the external resources of the manufacturer. It is not hard to find that the research on scheduling with subcontracting is fairly recent, in the majority of which assume that the production capacities of subcontractors are unlimited. Obviously such an assumption is unrealistic. Based on the motivation that many manufacturers need urgently to integrate their internal and external resources effectively,and the shortage of theoretical study, we investigate the coordinated scheduling of subcontracting and production when there are multiple subcontractors with limited capacities, and make decisions on the subcontracting of jobs and the production schedule of jobs processed on the in-house machines, so as to optimize the use of internal and external resources. According to the problem encountered in the realistic environments, we will construct the mathematical programming models, analyze the computational complexities, develop corresponding exact algorithms and heuristics, and evaluate their performances by theoretical analysis or computational experiments. Our research will not only remedy the defect of the traditional scheduling theory that only considers using the internal resources of manufacturer, but also develop new techniques to design integrated scheduling algorithms, which may provide the new ideas to study some related fields; Moreover, our research will provide scientific guidance and technical supports for enterprise managers to integrate their internal and external resources.
