中文摘要: 本项目基于酶微型反应 器构建分析,指出新型碳纳米管-泡沫金属复合结构材料由于能同时提供微型反应通道(微米级)和实现酶的高效固定,是构建酶微型反应器的良好材料。首先采用气相沉积(CVD)法在泡沫金属基体上生长具有特定结构的碳纳米管,再将酶固定至复合材料中碳纳米管表面,进而构建出新型碳纳米管-泡沫金属固定化酶微型反应器。综合多种实验技术及表征手段,系统研究碳纳米管-泡沫金属复合结构材料的结构特征、酶固定化过程等对酶微型反应器催化性能的影响,确定最佳的构建工艺流程。项目旨在建立具有普适性的方法,进而创制出具有优越催化性能的碳纳米管-泡沫金属固定化酶微型反应器,为酶催化领域中反应器微型化关键科学问题的解决提供重要参考,并在碳纳米管可控制备技术和酶固定化研究等领域获得具有创新性的成果,丰富和发展制备方法学。

英文摘要: It is proposed that carbon nanotubes-metal foam composite material,which offers micrometer sized microchannels and efficient immobilization of enzymes, presents promising application in the configuration of enzymatic microreactor, based on the analysis of enzymatic microreactor. Prior to the configuration of novel carbon nanotubes-metal foam enzyme-immobilizing microreactor through the immobilization of enzyme on the surface of nanotubes, the specifically carbon nanotubes-Ni foam composite were produced by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method.The effects of carbon nanotubes-Ni foam composite structure and enzyme immobilization process on the catalytic performance of carbon nanotubes-metal foam enzyme-immobilizing microreactor were investigated in detail,by using multiple characterization methods and catalytic performance testing system.Our purposes are to found a innovative way for the configuration of carbon nanotubes-metal foam enzyme-immobilizing microreactor with excellent catalytic performance, providing a new idea in the enzyme-immobilizing microreactor design,and investigate the key in control of CNTs structure and enzyme immobilization, which make contribution to the development of preparation technology.
