中文摘要: 矩阵变换器具有输入和输出波形谐波小、输入侧功率因数调整灵活、能量双向流动、电能变换效率高、功率密度大等特点,目前制约其工业化节能应用的瓶颈是电压传输比偏低问题。本项目围绕超稀疏矩阵变换器-永磁同步电机调速系统,综合电源参数、调制策略参数、调制要求三方面因素,建立谐波频谱精确解析描述,剖析谐波产生机理;将谐波频谱解析描述与过调制策略相结合,探讨调制策略参数优化确定原则,提出超稀疏矩阵变换器优化过调制策略,在拓展输出电压范围的同时,减少谐波电流对电机系统电磁能量转换的影响及对电网的谐波污染作用;在此基础上,研究超稀疏矩阵变换器交流调速系统全速范围的高传输比控制策略,解决矩阵变换器工业化应用的瓶颈性关键问题,推动我国高效节能技术的发展。

英文摘要: Matrix converter has attracted widely interest of researchers because of advantages such as low harmonics in input and output currents, flexible input power factor control, bidirectional energy flow, high energy transform effeciency and high power density. A bottleneck of promoting matrix converter for industrial fields is its low voltage transfer ratio. This project focuses on super sparse matrix converter drived permanent magnet synchronous motor speeding system. Accurate analytical spectrum expressions are built to study the mechanism of harmonics production, with parameters of power supply, modulation strategy and output references considered. The principle of parameter optimization for modulation is discussed by combining the accurate analytical spectrum expressions with overmodulation strategy. An optimized overmodulation strategy for super sparse matrix converter will be proposed to increase its voltage transfer ratio, and reduce the effect of harmonic currents on power supply and electromagnetic energy transform process inside the motor. Based on the above research, high voltage transfer ratio control strategy for super sparse matrix converter drive system extended in whole speed range of the motor will be studied.
