中文摘要: 基于PI3K/Akt信号转导通路介导糖尿病肾病免疫损伤机制与风伤肾络病机,研究糖尿病肾病从风论治治法对该通路的作用及其机制。提出从风论治法可通过干预PI3K/Akt信号转导通路以抗糖尿病肾病免疫损伤假说。采用循因设计思路,通过高热量高脂饮食+单侧肾切除的GK大鼠建立糖尿病肾病动物模型,分为益气搜风通络组、益气组、祛风通络组、模型组、假手术组,选取VEGF、CTGF、TGF-β1、PTEN、SDF-1α等指标,研究中药对肾组织免疫损伤的影响,探讨其对糖尿病肾病肾小球硬化的抑制作用,以及对PI3/Akt信号通路的作用机制,并为从风论治糖尿病肾病提供理论基础,以期更有效地治疗糖尿病肾病。

英文摘要: Based on PI3K/Akt signal transduction pathway mediated immune damage mechanism of diabetic nephropathy and wind injures renal collaterals pathogenesis, diabetic nephropathy treatment in terms of the wind study on the role of the pathway and the mechanism. Treatment in terms of the wind method can interven in the PI3K/Akt signal transduction pathway in hypothesis of diabetic nephropathy immune injury. Adopt cycle due to the design idea, through the high heat on a high-fat diet & unilateral nephrectomy of GK rats to establish animal model of diabetic nephropathy were divided into qi search wind t2dm group, yiqi, functions of t2dm group, model group, control group, VEGF, CTGF, TGF - alpha and beta 1, PTEN, SDF - 1 indicators, to study the influence of immune to kidney damage, discusses its inhibitory effect on diabetic nephropathy glomerular sclerosis, and the mechanism of action of PI3 / Akt signal pathway, and provide from wind differentiation diabetic nephropathy with theoretical basis, in order to more effectively treat diabetic nephropathy.
