中文摘要: 永磁电机由于其功率密度、效率高等优点,成为风力发电、独立电源系统以及车载电气系统的首选电机类型。本项目针对永磁电机固有的气隙磁场难以调节、发电运行适应转速范围窄、调压控制困难等问题,提出一种新型绕组开放式结构永磁电机方案,结合逆变器-整流桥拓扑构成新型起动/发电系统。本项目重点研究:绕组开放式永磁电机的起动、发电一体化工作原理;逆变器-整流桥拓扑结构对起动/发电系统运行特性的影响;起动、发电运行模式下输出转矩和调压控制策略;最后构成物理试验系统,进行试验验证。通过本项目的研究,阐明基于逆变器-整流器拓扑的新型绕组开放式永磁起动/发电机系统系统的工作原理,提出起动、发电一体化控制策略,揭示其宽转速范围发电运行特性。本项目将为新型绕组开放式结构永磁发电机在起动发电系统中的应用提供理论依据和技术基础。

英文摘要: Due to the high power density and efficiency, the permanent magnet generator has been widely used in the wind power, standlone power system and automobile electrical power system. In order to overcome the inherent disadvantage of magnetic field regualtion, narrow speed range and difficult voltage regualtion, A novel open-end winding permanent magnet machine with the inverter-rectifier topology is proposed for the starter/generator system.In this project, the operation principles of intergrated start and generation process are mainly studied, and the topology of the inverter-rectifier which determines the characteristics of the proposed the starter/generator system is also analyzed.The control strategies of the output torque for cranking the engine in start mode and voltage regulation in the generation mode are given. Then, the hardware prototype of the proposed system is built for verifying the feasibility. The purpose of the project is to introduce the operation principle of the open-end winding permanent magnet starter/generator system, and present the integrated control algorithm of start and generating. The generating characteristics of the proposed system in wide speed range is also explored. Theory and technique of the project will be the preparation for the new open-winding permanent magnet machine used
