中文摘要: 厌氧氨氧化是近年来生物脱氮领域的一大突破,被认为是迄今最经济的废水脱氮技术之一。但现有的研究和应用大多局限于中温(30~35℃)厌氧氨氧化,较少涉及高温(50~55℃)厌氧氨氧化。本项目拟探索高温厌氧氨氧化反应的适宜条件、确认该反应的菌种、解析该反应的微生物学机理,并试图实现其工艺的优化。该项研究有助于拓展厌氧氨氧化工艺的应用场合,研创新型低耗的厌氧生物脱氮技术,推动众多高温高氨氮低C/N废水(例如石油、化工、化肥废水等)的有效治理;有助于加速高温厌氧氨氧化微生物的研究进程,发掘新的菌种资源,深化人们对厌氧氨氧化菌和极端微生物的认识,丰富微生物学内容;也有助于揭示地球氮素循环的构成环节,完善生物地球化学循环模式。

英文摘要: Anammox is considered as one of the most economical novel biological technologies for nitrogen removal from wastewater. So far, the researches and applications on Anammox pathway were major under mesophilic condition (30-35℃), seldom under thermophilic condition (50-55℃), also, there are sort of systematic projects on the Anammox pathway at high temperature. While in this project, we attempt to ascertain the new Anammox bacteria at high temperature, explore and optimize the operational parameters and analyze the metabolic mechanism of this bacteria. This project is helpful to widen the applicability in practical process, exploiting a novel biological nitrogen removal technology, quickening the control of high temperature wastewater containing high ammonium, with low C/N, like oil wastewater, chemical engineering wastewater and fertilizer wastewater. Meanwhile, in this project, the knowledge of new thermophilic and thermotolerant bacteria will be enriched, which also intensify the cognition about the Anammox bacteria and the bacteria under extreme conditions. All of this project do exposit the constituents of the world nitrogen cycle, and ameliorate the traditional biogeochemical cycling mode.
