中文摘要: 原发性干燥综合征是累及全身多脏器的弥漫性结缔组织病,可累及神经系统,其临床表现多样,疾病谱广泛,严重时可致残或致死,早期诊断、及时干预对于改善预后非常重要。目前的常规临床诊断技术对本病的诊断水平不高,新的多模态脑磁共振及SPECT技术可能有助于本病的诊断。本研究选择原发性干燥综合征患者及健康对照,结合血清学指标、神经精神系统评估、多模态脑磁共振、SPECT等影像学检查,全面评估患者的中枢神经系统损害疾病谱表现,探索不同检测手段尤其是影像学检查对早期诊断本病的价值,探索相关自身抗体和细胞因子等在中枢神经系统病变中的分子免疫机制,为进一步理解神经系统和免疫系统的相互作用关系提供依据。

英文摘要: Primary Sjogren's syndrome is a kind of diffuse connective disease with multiple organs involved. Central nervous system involvements have a variety of clinical manifestations and a broad spectrum, which can be disable or lethal. An early diagnosis and treatment will improve the prognosis. Nowadays routine diagnostic techniques are insufficient to early detection. The new multi-modal brain magnetic resonance imaging and SPECT may help with an early diagnosis. This research focuses on patients with primary Sjogren's syndrome and health controls. With a combination of serum indices, neuropsychological evaluations, multi-modal brain magnetic resonance imaging and SPECT, we try to understand this disease comprehensively. We also evaluate the value of different diagnostic techniques, especially different imaging techniques in the diagnosis process. The possible autoimmune antibodies and cytokines are explored to help understand the molecular immune mechanism and the relationship between nervous system and immune system.
