中文摘要: 概念设计阶段是车身结构设计中保证结构性能的重要阶段,在概念设计阶段中所产生的设计缺陷往往不能在以后的设计中加以弥补。本项目结合国家自然基金项目研究实现了一种全新的智能CAE综合分析技术,构建了自主的"车身结构概念设计智能CAE系统- - VCD-ICAE"软件系统。该技术基于汽车车身结构概念设计全过程,以CAE技术为核心,融合了专家系统、参数化设计、模板技术和优化方法等先进的设计分析技术,可快速建立参数化概念车身的几何模型;生成有限元网格模型和边界约束载荷;通过调用外部求解器进行强度和模态计算,生成后处理视图以及产品设计方案报告;还可对概念车身的梁和板组合结构进行多目标尺寸优化,实现对车身梁截面形状的形状优化,指导和帮助用户得到满意的设计方案,最终实现了"分析驱动设计"这一全新的概念设计理念。该技术已经在一汽技术中心获得应用,在国内多个汽车厂进行了试用,并终评获得了2011年中国汽车工业科技进步二等奖。这表明了该技术有助于提高我国汽车行业的车身正向设计水平,达到了项目的预期目标。

英文摘要: Conceptual design stage is an important stage for the body structure design to ensure structural performance. The designdefects in the conceptual design phase are often not to be repaired in the future. The project combining the study of the National Science Foundation project has achieved a comprehensive analysis method of new intelligent CAE technology and built the autonomous software system that is body structure concept design intelligent CAE systems - VCD-ICAE. The technology is based on the concept of automotive body structure design process,the CAE technology as the core, and integrated expert systems, parametric design, templates and other advanced techniques such as optimization methods for design and analysis techniques. It can build parameters of the geometric model of the concept of the body quickly and generate finite element mesh model with standard loads and boundary constraints.It can call the external solver for strength, stiffness and modal calculations and generate and post-processing view of product design report. It also can realize muti-optimization for the concept of the body of the composite structure and achieve beam cross-section shape of the body shape optimization to guide and help users be get the satisfactory design. The project ultimately realize the concept of "analysis-driven design," which is the new concept design. The technology has be applicated in the FAW Technology Center. And in many domestic automobile plant, it was tested. The project received the 2011 China Automotive Technology Progress Award.This indicates that the technology will can improve China's automotive industry design standards body forward and has reached the desired objective of the project.
