中文摘要: 锰铁是钢铁生产过程中消耗量最大的铁合金品种,其杂质含量对钢水洁净度有很大影响。高炉锰铁通常具有很高的磷含量(0.4%-0.6%),必须将其降低至0.2%以下才能满足现代钢铁生产的要求。传统的Ca基和Ba基渣系难以满足锰铁脱磷的需要,为此本项目提出采用含稀土氧化物渣系对锰铁进行脱磷。稀土金属的磷酸盐在自然界中有很好的稳定性,并且稀土氧化物具有比CaO和BaO更高的光学碱度,预期上稀土氧化物渣系脱磷具有很好的热力学条件。本项目拟通过研究含稀土氧化渣系的热物理性质、脱磷热力学性质、锰铁合金脱磷实验等工作,确定熔点低、磷酸盐容量高、性质受成分波动影响小的含稀土氧化物炉渣的成分范围,并在实验室条件下确定其脱磷的优化工艺条件,为工业应用提供指导。项目申请人所在地区是我国重要的锰铁合金生产基地,并且蕴藏着丰富的稀土资源。项目的研究成果为锰铁脱磷和稀土氧化物的利用提供了新思路,能有效推进地方经济的发展。

英文摘要: Manganese ferroalloy is the most consumed ferroalloy in the production of steel. The impurities in manganese ferroalloy have significant influences on the cleanness of liquid steel. Blast furnace manganese ferroalloy typically has a high content of phosphorous, i.e. 0.4%-0.6%. The phosphorous content should to be reduced to lower than 0.2% for modern steel production. However, conventional Ca- and Ba-based slags cannot obtain desire dephosphorization results. In this project, the idea of dephosphorization of manganese ferroalloy using rare earth (RE) oxide-containing slags is proposed. The phosphates of RE metals are highly stable in natural environment; and RE oxides have higher optical basicity than CaO and BaO. Therefore the thermodynamic conditions for dephosphorization using RE oxide-containing slag are expected to be desire. The thermal physical properties, dephosphorization thermodynamics and dephosphorization performances of Re oxide-containing slags will be investigated in this project. It aims to determine the composition ranges of slag with low liquidus temperature, high phosphorous capacity, and insensitive to compositions change; and determine the optimal parameters for dephosphorization. Jiangxi Province is one of the major producers of manganese ferroalloy in China, and also has abundant rare earth resources. This project provides new ideas for dephosphorization of manganese ferroalloy and utilization of RE oxides. It will effectively promote the development of regional economies.
