中文摘要: 针对人体坐姿舒适性评价及理论研究现状,系统地提出面向虚拟人交互座椅设计模型已得到人体坐姿舒适性评价指标的思路。采用数字人体的方法建立不同的虚拟人体数字模型,与座椅设计模型融合在一个数字环境下,结合人体的运动学、动力学分析,动态分析人与座椅相互作用时的各个物理量,进行数字人体舒适性的客观评价指标提取研究,揭示提高人体坐姿舒适性的规律,建立数字人体坐姿舒适性评价模型进行人体坐姿舒适性评价,研究人体坐姿舒适性规律,达到对虚拟人模型和交互座椅设计模型的控制;研究人体坐姿姿势改变对舒适性的影响规律,提高人体坐姿舒适程度。在此基础上研究基于人体动力学分析的人体坐姿舒适性参数指标优化方法,获得满意的设计参数。为各类人机工程座椅的研发提供一条系统的思路,解决目前人体坐姿舒适性分析评价、设计相对独立的问题,最终为我国人体坐姿舒适性客观评价的发展奠定理论技术基础。

英文摘要: In view of the performance of the existing design of sitting postures, there is a need to make some improvements due to the insufficient analysis in ergonormics. An innovative idea, combining a human digital model and a chair design model to simulate its performance in a virtual enviroment, has been proposed. Through modelling the various human digital model, constructing the motion model of human action, a dynamic information system about human seated in chair is obtained.A study on the theory and Methodology of human modelling are required.Based on this study, the theory of human body seat performance dynamics analysis can be used to optimize the body sitting posture and the parameters of ergokinetic chair.The main purpose of this research is to set up body sitting posture comfort model and improve posture of comfort. Research on the rules of human body sitting posture comfort and contro the interaction model.Study the human body sitting posture, improve human posture comfort level. In order to achieve it, a new digital human comfortable evaluation model has been integrated into a virtual environment to access the comfort level of the chair. Moreover,the human body motion capture techniques are required to obtain data on those keypoints, which can evaluate the chair design.Using virtual human techniques is found to be a good method based on both experiment and theory, evaluating variaty types of ergokinetic chair. The proposed method can successfully overcome the disadvantages of the exsiting chair design and analysis. Finally, some technical analysis and data provided from this research should be applied on optimize comfort level of the body sitting posture.
