中文摘要: 效率高、抗汽蚀性能强、稳定性好的新型泵叶轮研发有广泛需求,但目前叶轮研发大多还采用半经验半理论加试验验证的传统模式,即"设计-试制-试验-改进"的低效率反复过程。本研究项目基于SMAC方法,发展求解叶轮内定常和非定常湍流的隐式数值格式,将高精度高分辨率TVD格式用于控制方程对流项的离散,提高叶轮水力性能预测的准确性。基于叶轮流场CFD结果,引入局部涡动力学诊断理论,对传统分析不能发现的不良流动根源进行放大并捕捉,找到相应的设计缺陷部位。建立诊断参数与叶轮造型之间的函数关系,进而将诊断参数作为约束条件放入到设计体系中,联合其它几何、流动、能量约束条件进行控制,以能量系数和汽蚀系数加权构造的综合评价函数为目标函数,用遗传算法对叶轮设计进行优化,再用数值模拟进行验证,确保叶轮优化切实有效。项目的研究结果将为新型高性能泵叶轮的CAD\CFD综合高效数值研发技术系统的形成奠定必要的理论基础。

英文摘要: The development of high efficiency, cavitations performance and stability pump impeller research has good widely demand, but at present the traditional research and development of the impeller largely adopt half experience and half theory mode with test verification, namely 'design manufacture test improvement' and this low efficiency process should be repeatedly. This research project based on SMAC methods, developed implicit numerical scheme to solve impeller unsteady turbulent flow, high precision high resolution TVD scheme is used to discrete governing equation convection terms, to improve the accuracy of impeller hydraulic performance prediction. Based on the CFD results of impeller flow, by introducing the local vortex dynamics diagnosis theory, to enlarge and capture the flow problem which traditional analysis cannot, find the corresponding design defective parts. Establish the relations between impeller model and diagnostic parameters, and use diagnosis parameters as constraint conditions in design system, together with other geometry, flow, energy constraint condition, combine the energy coefficient and cavitations coefficient for object function, with genetic algorithm is used to optimize the impeller design, and using numerical simulation verification to ensure the impeller optimization. The results of the study will lay the necessary theoretical basis for the formation of CAD \ CFD numerical design technology of high performance pump impeller.
