中文摘要： IT业务匹配是促进IT采纳、发挥IT在竞争优势中使能作用的重要途径。既有文献更多从组织内部角度探讨匹配的影响因素及成效，尚未能关注在外包及云计算情境下如何实现匹配问题。课题基于适应性结构化理论视角，试图从社会结构角度重新建构IT业务匹配内涵。项目采用理论演绎、基于案例研究和扎根理论的归纳式理论构建、大样本实证检验相结合的方法，揭示当面对IT外包及云计算时，组织是如何结合任务和组织环境以及IT部门内部系统特征进行IT外包和云计算选用，并通过边界跨越活动制度化为IT业务匹配这种新社会结构的。研究还将探讨IT业务匹配对组织敏捷性的影响及权变因素，并比较IT外包和云计算两种模式下实现匹配的过程及影响因素差异。课题有助于拓展IT外包和云计算情境下的IT业务匹配研究，揭示外包结构选用和边界跨越行为对匹配的重要意义，同时深化匹配对组织敏捷性影响理论研究，丰富既有外包决策和外包成效理论。

英文摘要： IT business alignment is an important way to promote IT adoption and achieve enabling role in competitive advantage. The existing literature has explored the antecedents of alignment and its outcomes mainly from a inner organization perspective, not yet concerned about how to achieve alignment in the context of IT outsourcing and cloud computing. This project, based on adaptive structuration theory, tries to reconstruct the concept of IT business alignment from the perspective of social structure. We endeavor to reveal the process concerning how the organization appropriate the outsourcing social structure triggered by IT outsourcing and cloud computing based on the task and environment and the project team's inner system, and how to institutionalize it into the emerging social structure of IT business alignment through boundary spanning activities. We intend to conduct the research through the methodologies of theoretical deduction and inductive theory development based on case studies and grounded theory , combined with large sample empirical testing. The project will also explore how IT business agility impacts on organizational agility and the contingency factors, and compare different impacts of IT outsourcing and cloud computing on alignment and organizational agility. The project will help expanding IT business alignment theory in the context of IT outsourcing and cloud computing, revealing the importance of outsourcing structure appropriation and boundary spanning in IT business alignment. It also contributes to the literature of the impact of alignment on organizational agility, and the IT outsourcing decision and outcomes literatures.
