中文摘要: 三维多向碳纤维编织复合材料结构在冲击动载荷作用下损伤特性获得是碳纤维编织复合材料结构设计与应用的重要依据,具有重要的理论和实际应用价值。以往的研究大多是针对三维多向碳纤维编织复合材料的静态力学性能预报进行的,而对其在冲击载荷作用下的动态力学性能研究还比较少,还没有建立起较为完善的评价分析理论。这里借助先进的实验及观测设备,利用损伤理论、冲击动力学方法和数值模拟方法,对三维多向编织复合材料结构在冲击载荷作用下其损伤的产生、发展进行观察分析,给出了冲击速度、冲击能量、材料的编织方式及纤维含量对结构抗冲击能力的影响规律,发表了一系列高水平的国际学术期刊论文,丰富了这一领域的研究方法和成果,具体成果如下: 1、给出了编织角、冲击能量和速度及纤维体积含量对三维多向编织复合材料抗冲击特性的影响规律; 2、分析了缺陷对三维四向编织复合材料的拉伸模量的影响问题; 3、给出了编织角、纤维体积含量对三维多向编织复合材料拉伸破坏模式的影响规律。

英文摘要: The dynamic damage characteristic of the carbon fiber braided composite materials under impact loading is an important foundation for its design and application in the practice. These research possess very important theoretical and practice application value. In the past, the study was primary on the evaluation the static mechanical performance of three dimensional multi-directional carbon fiber braided composite materials. The research of the dynamic mechanical performance of three dimensional multi-directional carbon fiber braided composite materials is very insufficient compared with the static mechanical performance. The perfect evaluation and analysis theory have not been built untill now. Here, we will observe and analysis the damage emerge and develop of three dimensional multi-directional carbon fiber braided composite materials under impact loading by the advanced experimental and observe equipments, the damage theory and imact dynamic. The influences of the impact velocity, the impact energy and the braided form on the resist impact damage ability of three dimensional multi-directional carbon fiber braided composite materials is studied in this item. Some high level academic papers have been publicated in the international journals. This enrichs the research method and result of this field. The concrete result is as follows: 1. The influence law of the weave angle, the impact energy and the impact velocity on the resist impact damage ability of three dimensional multi-directional carbon fiber braided composite materials was given. 2. The problem of prediction of tensile modulus of 3D four-directional braided composites with transverse cracks was studied. 3. The influence law of the weave angle and the fiber volume fraction on the destroy law of three dimensional multi-directional carbon fiber braided composite materials was given.
