中文摘要: 鲷科、金线鱼科、裸颊鲷科和中棘鱼科具有相似的外部形态和骨骼特征,被统称为鲷总科或"鲷形鱼类"。鲷总科鱼类种类多、分布广,在世界生物地理学中、海洋渔业和水产养殖业中占据非常重要地位。但是,鲷总科在鲈形目中的分类地位仍不明确,科属阶元划分及系统发育关系存在分歧,物种分类和命名非常混乱,其起源和演化过程以及地理分布格局等重要生物学问题研究几乎空白。本项目以中国鲷总科鱼类为主要研究对象,在已有的研究基础上,全面检视模式标本和系统比较可利用标本,采用经典形态分类学和分子系统学手段,重点研究如下4个科学问题:1)鲷总科的分类地位、科级阶元组成及系统发育关系,2)鲷科鱼类分类、系统演化及有效物种厘定,3)金线鱼科鱼类分类及复合种中隐存种的揭示,4)鲷总科鱼类的起源演化过程及地理分布格局,以期重建鲷总科鱼类系统发育关系,澄清分类错误和混乱,为我国海洋渔业资源的开发利用及生物多样性保护研究提供科学依据

英文摘要: The Sparidae, Nemipteridae, Letherinidae and Centracanthidae are recognized their external and osteological close relationships and termed as "spariform fish" or superfamily Sparoidae. The spariform fishes display a high species diversity. They occur worldwide in coastal and oceanic waters of temperate to tropical regions. Although fishes of Sparoidae play an important role in the biogeography, fishery resources and aquiculture in the world, the classification position and phylogentic relationships between their families and genera remain unresolved. It is difficult to infer accurate phylogenetic relationships and to classify the fish appopriately because morphological characters among species derived from convergent evolution, and speciation patterns are quite complicated. Based on the morphological comparison and mitochondrial and nuclear gene analyses, the primary purposes of the present study are to 1) reveal the classification status of Sparoidae and phylogenetic relatinships between their families and genera; 2)clarify the phylogenetic relationships brtween the genera and determine species validity of the family Sparidae; 3)resolve the classification status and describe more cryptic species of the family Nemipteridae; 4)discuss the origin, evolutionary process and geographic distribution patterns of sparif
