中文摘要: 拟除虫菊酯类农药在环境中普遍存在,但是有关拟除虫菊酯类农药在环境浓度下多代慢性毒性效应及机制研究十分薄弱。本项目拟选择三种典型的拟除虫菊酯类农药:氯菊酯(PM)、联苯菊酯(BF)、功夫菊酯(LCT)为研究对象,以斑马鱼为动物模型,以外暴露和胚胎显微注射内暴露为实验手段,对其在环境浓度下诱导产生的多代慢性毒性效应及其毒性机制开展深入细致的研究,所获得的实验结果将有助于推进此类化合物在现有环境背景值下的生态安全和健康风险评估,为政府制定合理的拟除虫菊酯类农药环境风险管理措施提供科学依据和数据支持。

英文摘要: Chronic toxicity and mechanisms research on synthetic pyrethroids, a kind of widely detectable pesticides in environment, at background concentration is not yet available. The project taking three typical synthetic pyrethroids (SPs): permethrin, bifenthrin and cyhalothrin as the model compound, zebrafish as the testing organism, external exposure and embryo microinject as the methods to give a deep investigate the chronic toxicity and its mechanism to zebrafish on multi-generational. This study would help us to achieve a better understanding of the environmental and eco-safety of SPs at background value. It will also give a data support and evidence for the further management to government.
