中文摘要: 本项目将信息技术,现场实测技术,风洞实验技术相结合,系统深入地研究沿高度方向上紊流风速的分布特征和超高层建筑及大跨结构的风致响应。研究利用政府公共GPS卫星参考站为参考点,通过互联网用于超高层建筑和大跨结构风致响应的方法和途径,为我国大规模利用政府公共GPS卫星参考站进行重大工程防灾减灾监测提供依据。考察GPS用于超高层建筑和大跨结构的使用方法和适用性,以及它们的动静态特征。在分析现有风谱和相关性经验模型的基础上,通过参数优化,建立适合当地特点的风特性参数模型。选择有代表性的工况进行风洞实验,分析与现场实测间的区别和相关性,验证风洞实验的参数及其适用范围。

英文摘要: In this project, the characteristics of wind turbulence along the horizontal length and the wind induced responses of long span structures and tall buildings should be researched combining information technology, field measurement technology and wind tunnel technology. A calibration system for the vibration sensors of GPS and precision inclination sensor will be developed. New methods utilize the government satellite positioning reference station network through internet to test wind induced responses by GPS should be studied, and this study will give reference for the disaster prevention of major engineering projects in our country. The methed and the applicability as well as the dynamic characters of the precision inclination sensor used to vibration testing for tall buildings and long span structures should be investigated. Through parameters optimization, the wind field parameters model should be established based on the exit existing turbulent spectrum suitable for local situation. Representative stuctures should be tested in wind tunnel and the difference and correlation between field measurement and wind tunnel test should be analyzed, and the applicability of the parameters used in wind tunnel test should be studied.
