中文摘要: 稻田水体中的有机磷农药是重要的毒害型农业非点源污染物的来源之一,被有机磷污染的稻田排放水若用于灌溉下游农作物,会造成大规模的农产品产地污染。目前对有机磷的检测多集中在蔬菜水果等农产品中农药残留的检测上,对自然水环境中的有机磷研究较少,而且所采用的检测方法预处理过程繁琐、耗时、成本高,不适合现场在线检测。对稻田水体中的有机磷污染进行现场在线检测,有助于从源头上控制有机磷污染,避免后续大规模危害的发生。本项目拟采用高光谱技术探索一种稻田水体中有机磷污染的现场检测方法,利用高性能的地物波谱仪获取实验室和田间条件下有机磷水溶液样品的特征光谱,分析确定最优光谱范围以及在特征光谱处反射率与有机磷浓度之间的相关性,研究去除背景杂质干扰的方法,并构建预测模型。本项目的研究成果为开发基于高光谱技术的在线有机磷污染传感器,以及为研究基于无线传感器网络进行农业非电源污染的监测技术提供理论和实验基础。

英文摘要: Organophosphorus pollution in paddy field water is one of the important poisoned agriculture non-point source pollutant sourcese. If polluted discharge water from rice fields is used for irrigating downstream agricultural products, larger agricultural pollution will occurr. Present dectection approaches of organophosphorus are more concentrated on the detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables and other agricultural products with time-consuming and high-cost methods, which does not work for online testing. Rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticides in paddy fields help make a timely response to potential environmental pollution and help control the emissions of organophosphorus pollution from possible sources to avoid the occurrence of subsequent large-scale pollution. This proposal intends to explore an online approach to detect organophosphorus in paddy fields based on hyperspectral technology. Reflection spectral characteristics of organophosphorus samples will be studied under the laboratory and outdoor conditions by using surface features spectrometer. The optimal wavelength bands and the correlation between the reflectivity of organophosphorus at reflection peaks and the concentrations will be researched to establish prediction models.
