中文摘要: 针对红外云图分辨率低的问题,引入过完备字典及压缩感知等稀疏表示理论与算法,建立一套红外云图超分辨率重建新方法,研究内容集中在四个方面:(1)从红外云图超分辨率重建的本质出发,构造一种有利于表达红外云图结构、形状和纹理信息的过完备字典;(2)从红外云图的特点出发,研究成像系统的退化模型,建立反映红外云图降晰过程的测量矩阵;(3)在压缩感知及凸优化思想指导下,研究图像反问题的迭代收缩算法,实现高效的压缩感知信号重构;(4)在过完备字典稀疏表示及压缩感知框架下,采用快速稳定的重构算法,实现红外云图的超分辨率重建。课题的研究有望突破红外云图分辨率低的瓶颈,提高红外云图在气象业务保障、气候分析和预测等领域的应用水平,而且对于推动图像超分辩率重建、图像理解、稀疏表示等技术的发展也有重要意义。

英文摘要: To deal with the low-resolution problem of infrared cloud images, we propose a new super-resolution approach by introducing a series of sparse representation theory and algorithms, such as the over-complete dictionary and the compressed sensing, etc. The research focuses on the following four aspects: (1) Based on the essence of infrared cloud image super-resolution reconstruction, we construct an over-complete dictionary which is more benificial for expressing the structure, shape and texture information of infrared cloud images; (2) Inspired by the characteristics of the infrared cloud image, we study the degradation model of the imaging system, and build a measurement matrix which can reflect the blurring process of infrared cloud images; (3) By applying compressed sensing and convex optimization, we study the iterative shrinkage algorithm of the image inverse problem and achieve an efficient reconstruction algorithm for compressed sensing; (4) Under the framework of sparse representation theories of over-complete dictionary and compressed sensing, we adopt a fast and stable reconstruction algorithm to achieve super resolution for the infrared cloud images. Through this project, we expect to break through the bottleneck of the low-resolution problem of infrared cloud images, and improve the level of applying the infrared cloud image in the fields such as meteorological service, climate analysis and prediction, etc. Moreover, it is of significant importance in the development of promoting the technology of image super-resolution reconstruction, image understanding, and sparse representation, etc.
