中文摘要: 铁电材料的强电卡效应在制冷器等能源材料中有重要的应用。本项目拟通过对SrxBa1-xNb2O6的成分、微结构、形态等的调控,获得性能优异、环境友好的电卡效应新材料。同时通过研究成分、制备条件、微结构对SrxBa1-xNb2O6纳米陶瓷与薄膜的电卡效应影响规律,分析影响电卡效应的本征和非本征因素,并揭示钨青铜结构电卡效应的物理机制,完善电卡效应的理论模型。

英文摘要: Strong electrocaloric effect of ferroelectric materials has important applications in energy technologies such as refrigeration. The project is designed to obtain environment-friendly electrocaloric materials with exceptional performance through the adjustment of composition, microstructure, and morphology, etc., on strontium barium niobatenanoceramics and films. By examining the influence of the changes in composition, preparation conditions and microstructure on electrocaloric effect of strontium barium niobate nanoceramics and films, this project sets out to analyze the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that affect the electrocaloric effect, uncover the physical mechanism of the tetragonal tungsten bronze structure, and improve the theoretical model of the electrocaloric effect.
