中文摘要: 化学防治是目前治理棉田主要害虫绿盲蝽的关键技术,但温度常影响杀虫药剂毒效的发挥,研究表明昆虫解毒酶活性随温度而变化是其不同温度下药剂敏感性变化的主要原因。本实验室前期研究发现,吡虫啉等8种杀虫药剂对绿盲蝽毒性的温度效应差异显著,如相同类型药剂丁硫克百威和灭多威表现出不同的温度效应,吡虫啉和啶虫脒的温度系数却相差数倍。本项研究拟在此基础上,全面系统地研究不同作用机制及不同作用方式药剂对绿盲蝽毒性的温度效应;在酶学水平上,测定绿盲蝽体内解毒酶活性随温度变化趋势,及其对杀虫药剂温度机制的影响;并在分子水平上,采用荧光定量PCR技术,进一步明确温度对绿盲蝽体内主要解毒酶基因表达的影响,最终明确绿盲蝽体内解毒酶对其防治药剂温度效应的影响机制。该研究不仅有利于人们根据环境条件选择更合适的杀虫药剂,使其药效得到有效发挥,以减少杀虫药剂的用量和对田间环境压力,也将为其他害虫温度机制研究提供重要理论。

英文摘要: Chemical control is the key technology to manage the main pest Apolygus lucorum in cotton field. But the temperature, which belongs to abiotic factors, can influence the toxicity of insecticide seriously. The changes of insects detoxifying enzymes activity with the change in temperature is the main reason with the different insecticide sensitivity. The study of our laboratory found that eight kinds of tested insecticides have greatly different temperature coefficient, even the same kinds of insecticides, such as carbosulfan and methomyl, imidacloprid and acetaniprid. Based on this pre-study, comprehensively and systematically study on the temperature effect of different mechanism agents and different action mode insecticides to Apolygus lucorum. Consequently, the activity of detoxifying enzymes of this insect at different temperature would be researched on enzymes level, and mechanism of the effect could be more clear. With fluorescent quantitative PCR technology, the effect of temperatue on the gene expression of the main detoxifying enzymes would be made clear at the molecular level. Finally, the mechanism on the effect of temperature on toxicity of insecticides to Apolygus would be cleared and definited according to these results.
