中文摘要: 纳米复合热电材料因在材料中引入纳米结构,改变了材料的电热输运性能,有望取得热电性能的突破而引人注目。CoSb3基Skutterudite材料具有相当优异的电性能,尽管采用稀土元素等填充晶格空隙有效地降低了晶格热导率,但相比于PbTe等仍有较大的下降空间。本项目提出在CoSb3基基体材料中引入具有原位自生纳米微结构和极低晶格热导率的AgSbTe2系第二相,研究Yb0.2Co4Sb12/AgSbTe2系纳米复合热电材料。在优化制备工艺基础上,研究AgSbTe2体系中Ag2Te/Sb2Te3比和AgSbTe2系含量对复合材料显微组织结构和热电性能的影响,获得热电性能的突破。通过对显微组织结构与热电性能间关系的深入研究,研究复合材料晶格热导率的关键调控机制、纳米异质结构对载流子散射机制的影响,探究纳米复合材料热电传输机制。开展本项目研究对阐明纳米复合材料热电传输机制等具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: Thermoelectric nanocomposite has drawn much attention recently, due to its significantly different transport mechanism from homogeneous bulk materials and enhanced thermoelectric performance. CoSb3-based skutterudite is known having ideal electric properties,however,though its lattice thermal conductivity can be decreased remarkably via rare-earth atom's filling into structural voids, the lattice thermal conductivity is still high relative to state-of-the art PbTe-based materials. In this project it is proposed to add AgSbTe2 material, which has in-situ formed nanostructure and extremely low lattice thermal conductivity, as a second constituent to Yb0.2Co4Sb12 matrix to form Yb0.2Co4Sb12/AgSbTe2 nanocomposite. Firstly synthesis process will be optimized, then effect of Ag2Te/Sb2Te3 ratio as well as AgSbTe2 content on the microstructure and thermoelectric properties of the nanocomposite will be investigated to achieve maximum thermoelectric figure of merit.In the meantime, through systematic research on the correlation between microstructure and thermoelectric properties, key factors tuning the thermal transport in nanocomposite will be elucidated and effect of nanostructuring on carrier's scattering mechanism will be analyzed to exploit the thermoelectric transport mechanism in nanocomposite.
