中文摘要: 针对复杂场景快速三维表面建模的应用需求,深入发掘光学影像与激光点云的互补特性,探索利用计算机视觉技术实现两种数据自动融合的新方法,并设计利用数码相机辅助三维激光扫描仪完成复杂场景三维数据快速采集与表面模型高精度自动重建的可行性方案。针对这一应用构想,本项目主要研究以下关键技术:①利用高级几何特征实现点云重叠区域快速识别以及多测站点云自动配准的方法;②非标定2D影像与3D点云自动精确配准的方法;③利用激光点云坐标作为约束条件的计算机视觉高精度三维重建的方法。从而实现由普通数码相机多角度拍摄激光扫描仪不可见区域的高分辨率像片集,利用计算机视觉三维重建技术帮助激光点云修复缺失数据的应用构想。研究过程中涉及的算法和最终形成的方案能够证明:高测量精度的激光点云与高平面分辨率的光学影像,能够相互辅助提高对方数据处理的自动化水平,且融合两种数据能够有效提高建模成果的几何精度。

英文摘要: In order to achieve rapid surface modeling of complex 3D scene, explore the complementary features and fusion methods of optical images and laser point clouds in depth, design a effective programe in which terrestrial laser scanner and ordinary digital camera are used to collect measurement data efficiently.How to integrate these two technologies to improve the efficiency of data collection in field and the accuracy of surface modeling? To resolve these question, this project will focus on the following key technologies: 1) utilizing advanced geometric features to quickly identify the overlap of two point clouds and complete automatic registration for these point clouds; 2) automatically matching the non-calibrated 2D images and 3D point clouds; 3) precisely reconstruction of complex 3D scenes by computer vision with the coordinate constraints of laser scanning point clouds. Finally, this research will realize the envisioned data fusion method: using ordinary digital carmera to shoot the scene and capture a set of images from multiple angles, then taking advantage of the 3D reconstructure method in computer vision to repair the holes on laser scanning point clouds and triagulate them with precise contours.The series of research work for this project is to demonstrate that the point clouds with very high measurem
