中文摘要: 非线性光学晶体是激光技术的重要物质基础之一。制备并研究性能优异的新型非线性光学晶体是当今前沿课题。 xTeO2oP2O5( x=2,4)属于非中心对称结构,带隙为4eV,其粉末倍频效应为α-SiO2的50倍,预期有良好物化性质,可望成为新型优异非线性光学晶体。目前尚无大尺寸单晶生长和基本性质系统研究的报道。 本项目拟采用钼酸盐复合助熔剂体系生长xTeO2oP2O5( x=2,4)单晶,测定线性与非线性光学性质。研究目标是:通过探索相平衡、熔盐组分、生长温度、生长条件与晶体生长的关系,获得单晶生长最佳工艺,生长出20*20*10mm3以上的高质量单晶,为激光技术提供一类性能优异的新型非线性光学晶体;通过对xTeO2oP2O5( x=2,4)性能研究,揭示晶体结构与非线性光学性能关系,为近同成分、同结构的晶体生长和研究奠定基础。

英文摘要: Nonlinear optical crystal is one of the important foundation of mordern laser technique. Fabrication and investigation on the novel nonlinear optical crystal with excellent properties has become the front topic nowadays. xTeO2oP2O5(x=2,4) crystals are noncentrosymmetric structures,band gap is 4eV,powder second-harmonic generating efficiency is found to be about 50 times that of α-SiO2. xTeO2oP2O5( x=2,4) are a new kind of nonlinear optical crystals.To our knowledge, the crystal growth using the fluxed method and nonlinear optical properties of xTeO2oP2O5( x=2,4) have not been reported. The project will study the growth of xTeO2oP2O5( x=2,4) crystals using the fluxed method, explore flux system and relations between the equilibrium, the composition of molten salt, growth temperature, growing conditions and the relationship between crystal growth, which are very useful to determine the best technology to obtain high optical quality crystals with dimension up to 20*20*10mm3. The study of xTeO2oP2O5( x=2,4)crystal have major practical significance, which not only can add a kind of new excellent nonlinear optical crystal, but also has important reference value to grow crystals which have near congruent compound and crystal structure.
