中文摘要: 本项目旨在测定粘土絮凝有害藻华生物过程中絮体分形生长特征,分析絮凝机制的变化,建立絮凝动力学模型,最终通过实验研究和数值模拟,揭示影响藻华生物细胞去除效率的关键因子。本项目将制备具有表面特异性修饰的微流控芯片,利用显微镜观测单个絮体的分形生长过程;研究藻华生物、絮凝剂、环境等絮凝条件对絮体分形生长的影响,建立絮体分形生长动力学模型;拟合絮体破碎动力学方程;基于絮体分形生长动力学模型、絮体破碎动力学方程、CFS模型,建立絮凝动力学模型;利用分段法,编写程序并进行数值模拟;根据模拟结果,评估关键因子对絮凝效率的影响。本项目结合实验结果和数值模拟两种手段,定量研究关键因子对藻华生物细胞絮凝效率的影响,为有害藻华的高效絮凝治理提供技术指导,具有重要的科学意义。

英文摘要: The aim of this research is to measure the characteristics of fractal floc growth, analyze the changes of flocculation mechanism in flocculation of harmful algal bloom (HAB) organisms by clays, eatablish the flocculation kinetic model, and reveal the key factors influencing removal efficiencies(RE)of HAB organisms through experimental study and numerical simulation. In this research, microfluidic chips with surface-specific modification will be prepared and used for the observation of a single fractal floc growth through a microscope. Factors influcencing fractal floc growth, such as HAB species, flocculants, environmental conditions, etc., will be incorporated in modeling the fractal floc growth kinetics. The kinetic expressions of fragmentation in turbulent shear will be appropriated. Based on the fractal floc growth kinetics model, the kinetic expressions of fragmentation, CFS (coalesced fractal sphere) model, the flocculation kinetic model will be established. Based on the sectional method, the program will be compiled, and the numerical simulation will be carried. The key factors influencing RE will be evaluated according to simulation results.
