中文摘要: 组分分离是木质纤维生物质高值化利用的关键步骤之一。以离子液体-水体系分离生物质组分是近年出现的一种新方法,该方法构建于离子液体-水体系选择性溶解木质素的基础上,因此掌握木质素的溶解行为非常重要。但是,迄今相关理论尚不清楚。基于此,本项目以咪唑离子液体-水为研究体系,通过研究溶剂性质和木质素溶解度,结合热力学和动力学分析结果,揭示离子液体-水体系与溶解度的构效关系;以低聚木质素模型化合物为探针,研究溶剂分子(离子液体、水)和木质素分子骨架、官能团间相互作用,再以有机溶剂木质素为原料,研究离子液体-水体系对木质素大分子结构的作用规律,由此揭示离子液体-水体系中木质素溶解机理;通过考察阴阳离子、离子液体浓度和木质素浓度等因素对离子液体-水-木质素三元体系的微观状态的影响,揭示木质素大分子的存在形态。通过本项目的研究能够为建立一种新的离子液体-水体系下木质纤维生物质组分分离过程提供理论基础。

英文摘要: Components fractionation is one of the key steps of high-valued application of lignocellulosic biomass. Components fractionation using an ionic liquid-water system has been considered as an effective novel method in recent years. Since, this process utilizes the good solubility of lignin in a solvent system consisting of ionic liquid and water, characterization of lignin dissolution in an ionic liquid-water system is of direct importance for developing this process. However, the behavior of lignin dissolution in the ionic liquid-water system has never been studied. In this project, an imidazolium-based ionic liquid-water mixture was selected as solvent system. The objectives of this project are, therefore, to determine the structure-activity relationship between an ionic liquid-water system and lignin solubility based on the relations between lignin solubility and solvent properties, the analyses results of thermodynamics and kinetics; Low molecular weight lignin model compound as probe, the interaction between solvent molecules (ionic liquid, water) and lignin skeleton and groups are investigated using spectrum analysis, and influences of ionic liquid-water system on lignin macromolecules structure also are studied using organsolv lignin as experimental material, these researches reveal the machenism of lignin
