中文摘要: 对含中间直流母线电压Ub的两级式逆变器,从系统和单个开关器件层面研究适应工作环境(输入电压Uin, 输出电压Uo,输出电流 Io)变化时的在线优化效率控制方法。包括: 1)从系统层面研究适时在一定范围△Ub3内在线调整Ub优化系统效率的相关问题。 a)为拓宽△Ub3范围,并最终拓宽在线优化系统效率范围,研究在中间直流环节注入6倍频分量降低Ub的稳态低频纹波△Ub1和引入负载干扰前馈降低Ub的动态波动△Ub2的控制方法。 b)研究基于支持向量机的(Uin,Ub,输出功率 Po,效率η)建模方法。 c)研究调整Ub优化效率控制算法,及其与系统其他控制环节和参量的关系。 2)从单个开关器件层面研究电流适应的实时调整驱动电路参数优化器件效率的方法,在器件最大关断电压限制下随开关电流的降低提高器件开关速度,以在全负载范围内降低器件开关损耗提高效率。 所研究成果也可以应用于其他含Ub的两级式变流器

英文摘要: This project researches the on-line efficiency optimization method adapting for changing operation environment(input voltage Uin, output voltage Uo,output current Io) for two-stage inverters with a middle DC bus Ub. This method involves system-level and single-switch-level. 1) On the system-level, the research contents include on-line regulating Ub in a range of △Ub3 to optimizing efficiency in a good time and other related problems. a) Researching the technique of spreading the range of △Ub3 in order to spreading the range of optimizing system efficiency, include the controlling method by injecting six-time-frequency ripple to reduce static low-frequency ripple △Ub1 of Ub and the controlling method by adding load-feedforward to suppressing dynamic ripple △Ub2 of Ub. b) Researching (Uin,Ub,output power Po,efficiencyη)modeling method based on support vector machine algorithm. c) Researching efficiency optimizing method by adjusting Ub, and relation between the optimizing controlling loop and other controlling loops. 2) On the single-switch-level, the research content is the current-adapting real-time driver-adjusting method in order to real-time optimizing the switching efficiency. The driving speed rises with the reducing of the switching current under the limiting of the switching-off peak voltage. This can reduce switching losses and improving switching efficiency over the full-load range. These research contributions can also be applied for other two-stage converters with the middle DC bus Ub.
