中文摘要: 本研究创新构建了新型智能小分子有机凝胶,将光致变色体系引入到凝胶因子中,在光照下实现凝胶-溶液的调控,并能带来吸收等显著变化,从而使获得的有机小分子凝胶有望作为药物控释载体而在生物医学中得到进一步的应用。在二噻吩乙烯凝胶体系中,通过光控来实现对钙离子的结合与释放,调控对钙离子敏感的凝胶因子,创新地构建了以二噻吩乙烯为光调控单元的智能小分子有机凝胶;基于二噻吩乙烯单元间接调控原理,将具有光酸活性的螺吡喃衍生物引入到对PH敏感的凝胶因子中,对开环态的螺吡喃光照实现质子的释放,从而破坏以银离子配位的凝胶因子,发展新型螺吡喃类化合物调控凝胶-溶液的转换;为了发展多重响应型有机小分子凝胶,创新地构建了氧化还原调控及光控的小分子凝胶,为光电双调控型小分子凝胶打下基础。

英文摘要: This project aims to construct a series of novel smart low molecular-mass organic gelators (LMOGs), in which photochromic units are incorporated into LMOGs. The gels will be broken or reformed during gel-sol transition induced by photoregulation, accompanying remarkable changes of the color. As a result, The obtained gels may be hopeful widely used as new carriers for controlled drug release in medical and pharmaceutical applications. The diarylethene system may be used for the modulation of calcium ions-responsive gels due to the photochemically controlled uptake and release of calcium ions, so novel smart LMOGs based on diarylethene system will be constructed. With this concept in mind, spiropyran compound based on a visible-light activatable photoacid will be incorporated into PH-responsive gels. The Ag-coordinated gels will be broken because of the photochemically controlled release of protons upon visible-light irradiation. So gel-sol transition based spiropyran will be developed. In order to develop mutil-responsive LMOGs, the novel LMOGs which responsive to redox reactions and light irradiations will be constructed, can provide fundamental basis for the development of novel electronic/optic- responsive gels.
