中文摘要: 天基预警雷达监测弹道导弹等空中目标具有预警时间长的优点,但面临非平稳杂波严重掩盖下的微弱目标检测问题。直接应用传统空时自适应处理(STAP)技术到天基雷达来抑制杂波,性能很差。基于粒子滤波的检测前跟踪(TBD)技术不设置检测门限,直接对原始数据进行处理,并且适用于非线性、非高斯系统,特别适合低信杂噪比下雷达目标的检测。本项目针对天基雷达的特点拟研究更有效的STAP杂波抑制方法,并利用获取的多帧距离-多普勒数据采用基于粒子滤波的TBD技术进一步积累信号的能量。通过深入研究融合天基信息参数的STAP杂波抑制方法、系统模型的建立、面向天基雷达TBD技术的粒子滤波实现等关键问题,突破雷达系统探测弹道导弹等弱小目标的技术瓶颈,提升雷达探测弱小目标的能力。项目预期成果将丰富天基预警雷达理论,建立STAP-TBD技术框架,提升天基预警雷达的探测性能,对我国战略预警都有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: The modern space-based early warning radars play an important military role in surveiling the ballistic missile and space moving targets. However, due to the large coverage area of space-based radar, the echoes from moving targets of interest could be totally buried in nonstationary clutter returning from the earth. The direct application of traditional space-time adaptive processing ( STAP ) technique to space-based radar for clutter suppression will result in poor performance. Track-before-detect (TBD) based on particle filter technique directly processes the original data without the thresold detection, which reserves most of information. In the meantime, TBD based on particle filter algorithm can effectively handle the problem of the nonlinear and non-Gaussian state estimation. Furthermore,TBD is preferable for the radar target detection and tracking in the case of low signal to clutter noise rate (SCNR). This project will study and develope the more effective STAP clutter suppression methods for space-based radar. Moreover, the TBD algorithm based on particle filter is employed to obtain multi-frame range-doppler data , leading to accumulate the signal energy.
