中文摘要: 本项目从动态作业负荷对设备故障分布函数的影响出发,旨在建立动态生产作业负荷下的制造系统预知维护体系和机会维修方法,减少停机损失和维护成本。分析设备故障历史数据,拟合故障分布函数的参数初始值;结合基于状态的设备健康预测模型并考虑作业负荷的调整因子,对设备故障函数进行递进更新,建立动态负荷下的设备衰退演化模型。以设备可用度和维护成本为优化目标,研究多目标的设备维护动态决策策略,建立递进式设备维护计划。分析设备的时间相关性、故障相关性、结构相关性,考虑故障种类和难度、维护人力资源需求、特种工具使用以及备件采购计划,制定多类型的机会维护策略。分析应急生产计划和维护计划的冲突类型,构建应急插单情况下的设备维护计划自动调整策略。以应急生产作业投放时间窗为约束,研究考虑生产延迟损失率、设备随机故障风险概率和停机损失率的维修计划备选集,构建应急生产作业计划和设备维护计划冲突下的联合协调策略。

英文摘要: The project investigating the impact of dynamic workload distribution to the equipment failure distribution function, aims to establish predictive maintenance system and opportunistic maintenance strategy for manufacturing systems under dynamic operating load to reduce breakdown and maintenance costs. Initial parameters value of the failure distribution function is achieved through analysis of historical data; combining with health predictive model based on the condition of facilities and considering the adjustment factor in accordance with the workload of equipment, updating equipment failure function progressively, the degradation model of equipment under dynamic operating load is obtained. Taking availability, maintenance cost and production cost as objective functions, building decision-making model of multi-attribute, a progressive equipment maintenance plan is acquired. Analyzing economic relevance, failure relevance and structure relevance among equipments, taking failure modes, maintenance resource requirements, special service tools demands and spare parts procurement plan into account; multi-type opportunistic maintenance strategy is formulated. Analyzing the conflict types of emergency production schedule with maintenance plan, the automatic adjusted strategy of equipment maintenance plan coping with inserting orders is established. Taking emergency order schedule time window as constraint, researching alternative set of maintenance plan with production delay loss ratio, random failure probability of equipment and breakdown loss ratio, joint coordination strategy for the conflict between emergency production schedule and maintenance plan is constructed.
