中文摘要: 本项目拟对中国海洋红藻门松节藻科的分类及其系统开展研究。在形态分类的基础上,分类鉴定物种,利用主要的鉴定特征分析、探索、修订其分类系统。在分子水平上,通过基因序列扩增、分子系统树构建,探索物种间的系统演化关系。结合形态及分子分析结果,对疑难属、种进行准确鉴定及系统位置确定,寻找新物种。并开展表型与基因型融合的分子系统树反演表型特征的研究,为后现代生物分类学基于表型与基因型融合研究探索新方法。 该项研究将有助于理清我国该科物种的明确划分及其亲缘关系,为我国松节藻科的分类学研究步入国际前列打下基础,也有助于解决目前国际上松节藻科研究的某些难点。特别是表型特征与基因型的融合与特征反演的新观点,将有助于开创国际后现代生物分类学研究方法的新局面。同时,项目也有助于探明中国松节科海藻资源状况,为松节藻科资源的保护、可持续利用提供重要数据。

英文摘要: The project is carried out the research on the taxonomy and classification system of Family Rhodomelaceae (Rhodophyta) from China seas. The species to the family will be identified by the morphological taxonomy, with the analysis, exploration and revision of its classification system based on some main identification features. The phylogenetic relationships among the species will be explored at the molecular level through amplification of gene sequences and construction of phylogenetic trees. The ambiguous genus and species will be identified and sorted to correct hierarchy by the combination of the morphological results and molecular analysis, and found new species. The refutations from molecular phylogenetic trees to phenotypic characteristics will be carried out based on the integration of phenotype and genotype. The aim is to explore new research methods for the post- modern biological taxonomy. The study will benefit positive definition and genetic relationship of China's species, and promote the taxonomical level of China's Family Rhodomelaceae settle on international forefront, and also resolve its some current international difficulty.
