中文摘要: 由于缺乏云和气溶胶光学特性的系统资料,导致目前对于气溶胶和云的辐射强迫估计存在很大不确定。本项目将利用我国辐射观测站积累的长期、大量的宽带太阳辐射资料,展开以下研究:1)基于宽带总辐射和散射辐射小时曝辐量建立多波长气溶胶光学厚度反演方法;2)基于总辐射小时曝辐量和实测地表反照率,综合考虑水云和冰云不同散射特性,建立云光学厚度反演方法;3)利用多种地基遥感资料检验并改进新反演方法;4)利用本项目建立的反演方法,反演获取我国17 个一级辐射站1993年以来的可靠的气溶胶和云光学厚度数据集,并揭示其变化特征。本项目依托现有气象观测站,以最经济的方式获得气溶胶和云光学厚度长期变化特征,为全球气候变化中气溶胶和云辐射效应评估提供基础数据。

英文摘要: Due to lack of systematic information of aerosol and cloud, there are still large uncertainties in estimation of their radiative forcing. Based on the long-term and vast amounts of broadband solar radiation observations, this proposal wants to launch the following researches: 1) Develop a new way to retrieval multi-spectral aerosol optical depth(AOD) from hourly insolations of global and diffuse radiations; 2) Develop a new retrieval method of cloud optical depth(COD) from hourly global insolation, considering both water cloud and ice cloud features and using observed surface albedo; 3) Validate these two approaches by means of multiple ground-based remote sensing products; 4) Using our new retrievals, the AOD and COD datasets at 17 top-level Chinese radiation stations will be obtained since 1993 and their variation characteristics will be revealed through statistic analysis. This proposal, which relies on the existing meteorological stations, offers the most economical way to get long-term variations of AOD and COD in China. The data obtained from this study also can be useful for aerosol and cloud radiative effect estimations in climate change research.
