中文摘要: 化感物质在生态环境中的化学行为研究是植物化感作用研究的重要内容,其合成和结构改造是新型农药研发的有效途径。在前期研究工作中,项目组从瑞香狼毒根际土壤中分离鉴定了8种化感物质,其中狼毒色原酮在瑞香狼毒根际土壤中含量最高,化感活性也最强。在此基础上,本项目首先采用化学合成技术,对狼毒色原酮进行化学全合成,并采用结构修饰方法,对其进行结构改造,合成一系列衍生物,结合化感活性评价,阐明其构效关系,以期发现活性更高的新型先导化合物;进一步采用分析化学研究方法,以狼毒色原酮衍生物与其合成过程中的关键中间体为标示物,明晰狼毒色原酮在生态环境中的化学行为、结构转化和降解规律,揭示狼毒色原酮在土壤环境中的分子作用机制。项目的实施,对于深入认识植物化感作用的分子作用机制和化感物质的深层开发利用具有重要意义。

英文摘要: The allelochemicals whose chemical behavior research in ecological environment is the important content of the plant allelopathic research, and its synthesis and structural modification are an effective way of development of new pesticide. In previous study, 8 allelochemicals were isolated from the soil surrounding the roots of stellera chamaejasme L. in our group, and chamaechromone has the highest content of all allelochemicals isolated from the soil, at the same time it has the highest activity on the allelopathy also. Based on these results, we intend to complete the total synthesis of chamaechromone using the synthetic technology and then a series of derivatives with chamaechromone as the lead compound will be designed and synthesized by means of structural modification, in addition, their structure-activity relationships will be analyzed combined with the allelopathic activity evaluation, so as to find new lead compound with higher activity. Furthermore, we will check the chemical behavior, structural transformation and the degradation mechanism of chamaechromone in ecological environment according to chamaechromone derivatives and the key intermediate product in the synthesis by means of analytical chemistry, in order to reveal the molecular mechanism of chamaechromone in soil environment.
