中文摘要: 聚合物半导体由于具有良好的溶液加工性,从而可以方便的实现有机晶体管价格低廉、可大面积制备的优势,成为了当前的研究热点。目前聚合物半导体尽管已取得了巨大的发展,但是高性能的聚合物半导体数目还很少,聚合物半导体领域的许多基本科学问题还没有解决。针对聚合物半导体的研究现状,申请人拟开展新型高性能聚合物半导体的研究。 基于连二噻吩酰亚胺结构单元具有良好的平面性、强的吸电子能力和溶解度可控的特点,本申请将设计合成系列连二噻吩酰亚胺共轭聚合物,并通过调控共聚结构单元和取代基的方法,获得系列高性能聚合物半导体,系统研究共轭骨架和取代基的改变对聚合物半导体物理化学性质和聚集态结构的影响;进一步构筑薄膜、微纳器件,测试器件性能,结合聚集态结构对聚合物半导体领域的基本科学问题如聚合物分子结构与分子堆积、聚合物分子结构与器件性能的关系进行探索。

英文摘要: Polymer semiconductors have attracted great attentions recently,because they can easily achieve the fabrication of transistors with large area under low cost. Though great progress has been made, the lack of high performance polymer semiconductors is still one of the bottleneck for polymer transistors, and lots of basic scientific questions on polymer semiconductors are still unsolved. Considering the research status of polymer semiconductors and the merits of bisthieno[3,4-c]pyrrole-4,6-dione (bis-TPD) , the applicant will carry out the research on bis-TPD contained polymer semiconductors. In this application, the structure of bis-TPD polymer semiconductors will be adjusted by regulating the copolymerization units and substituents. The effects of the changes of conjugation backbone and substituents to the semiconductors' physicochemical property and molecular packing behavior in solid states will be systematically investigated. Futher, thin film and micro/nano-sized transistors will be fabricated and characterized. The relationships among molecular structure, molecular packing in the solid state and device performance will be investigated.
