中文摘要: 紫背天葵这一中国特色的"红军菜"其采后保鲜技术和相关机理研究鲜见。前期研究表明,室温条件下采后立即施用0.50ppm 1-MCP熏蒸可有效提高其抗氧化酶活性以提高自身防御能力,显著抑制紫背天葵采后品质劣变,延缓衰老,但其深入的调控机理不明。 本项目应用蛋白质组学技术并结合品质、生理生化和实时荧光定量PCR分析,研究1-MCP对紫背天葵采后抗氧化酶的调控作用,以期获得1-MCP处理后紫背天葵抗氧化酶基因表达和蛋白表达情况,通过与生理生化和品质变化相结合的相关性分析,深入阐明1-MCP对紫背天葵采后以SOD为代表抗氧化酶的调控机理。 拟发表相关研究学术论文3-4篇(其中SCI文章2篇),培养研究生1-2名。

英文摘要: Gynura bicolor D.C, a special chinese vegetable named "Hong-Jun", is easy to be deteriorated on its quality, and there is almost no postharvest technique and its mechanism research on the vegetable. The applicant's previous research showed that Gynura bicolor D.C treated with 0.50ppm 1-MCP for 12 h at room temperature could effectively improve its defense capabilities by improving the activity of antioxidant enzymes and significantly keep Gynura bicolor D.C quality through delaying senescence. However, its in-depth regulation mechanism is unknown. This project investigates the regulatory mechanism of 1-MCP on antioxidant enzymes such as SOD of Gynura bicolor D.C based on the proteomics technology and combined with the determination of quality, physiological and biochemical changes and adopting Real-time RT-PCR technology. The gene and protein expression modes of antioxidant enzyme- - SOD in Gynura bicolor D.C are expected to obtain, and further regulatory mechanism of 1-MCP on Gynura bicolor D.C postharvest antioxidant enzymes will be clarified through correlation analyses among gene expression, protein expression, physiological and quality changes. 3-4 research articles (including SCI 2) will be published, and graduates students trained 1-2 during research period.
