中文摘要: 物流作为连接供应链节点企业的纽带,随供应链复杂度的增加而愈发显得重要。在物流配送过程中,极易发生需求变动、车辆故障等干扰事件,对供应链的稳定性造成极大的威胁。本课题采用干扰管理思想,结合物联网应用技术,研究协同配送模式下的干扰问题。具体内容主要包括:基于Supply Hub协同配送,研究供应商面对市场需求波动情况下的最佳零部件库存决策,并建立生产计划扰动模型和基于窗口理论的车辆调度干扰恢复模型;基于共建物流中心协同配送,研究网络环境发生变化后的协调机制,并建立配送网络的干扰恢复模型;基于物流合作协同配送,建立物流企业的应对突发事件的能力合作决策模型,及车辆故障干扰恢复模型;基于第三方物流协同配送,研究物流服务供应链面对需求或供应不确定情况下的风险分摊和利润分享机制,建立第三物流公司服务能力干扰恢复模型。本项目研究的四种典型的协同配送模式均来源于实践,其研究成果具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: As for the conection of supply chain nodal enterprises, logistics is more and more important with the increase of the supply chain complexity. In the process of logistics distribution, some disruption incidents such as demand change, vehicle failure and others are easy happened that threaten the stability of the supply chain greatly. On the basis of disruption management idea and the application technology of internet of things, we intend to research disruption problems of joint distribution mode. Specific contents of this projecct mainly includes the follow aspects. First, joint distribution based on supply hub. This part, we resarch the suppliers' parts inventory decision making on the circumastance of market demand fluction, then, two disruption management models about production plan fluction and vehicle scheduling based on windows theory are constructed. Second, joint distribution based on jointly owned distribution center. This part, we intend to research coordination mechanism under the change of distribution network, then, a disruption management of the distribution network is constructed. Third, joint distribution based on distribution cooperation. This part, we intend to construct a abilty collaboration decision model about logistics enterprises reply to the emergency and a disruption managenment model
