中文摘要: 超声电机是一种新型微电机,在航空航天、机器人、汽车、精密仪器、微型机械等领域已得到了成功的应用。但是,在世界范围内尚未见到有关超声电机技术标准的报导。近些年来,我国超声电机发展亦十分迅速,已经有多家公司制造出超声电机产品,正在航空航天、生物医学工程、精密仪器以及其他高端设备上应用,迫切需要一个超声电机的技术标准,以指导企业的生产和用户的使用。超声电机技术标准是对超声电机设计、生产和使用的要求和规范,是企业生产的目标和依据。本项目将根据超声电机的特点,结合国家标准和国家军用标准的相关规定,研究超声电机技术标准中需要包括的主要内容、超声电机检验类型、检验结果、检验条件以及检验方法。同时,在研究中,针对特殊环境下的超声电机特别加以关注,为建立特殊环境下超声电机技术标准奠定基础,为我国航空航天、武器装备、半导体和医疗仪器设备等高科技领域的应用超声电机创造条件,为制定超声电机技术国家标准提供草案。

英文摘要: Ultrasonic motor (USM) is the new type of micro motors, which have been successfully applied to aeronautics and astronautics, robots, automobiles, precise instruments, MEMS, etc. However, the technical standard for USM has not been reported all over the world. In recent years, the development speed of USM in China is also very quick. Many companies have manufactured related products, which will be used in aeronautics and astronautics, biomedical engineering, precise instruments and other sophisticated equipment. So, there is an urgent requirement of technology specification for USM, to guide enterprise production and the use of customers. The specification for USM is the requirement and the criterion standard of USM design, fabrication and utilization, as the producing target and the basis of production. In this project, according to characteristics of USM, the main contents of USM's technical standard are researched refering to the national and military standards; verification types and results, test conditions and methods of USM are discussed. Meanwhile, the USM's applications in the special environments will be paid more attention to, which is beneficial for establishing the related standards for USM used in special environments.
