中文摘要: 本项目围绕新型稀土纳米发光材料的可控合成、发光特性和表面功能化开展深入研究。利用不同的制备方法,选择合适的体系与反应前驱物、溶剂、表面活性剂、pH值、温度等来有效地控制稀土纳米粒子的形貌与粒径,探索不同形貌的稀土纳米粒子的成核与生长机理,发展高效稀土纳米发光材料的有效制备技术,研究稀土离子的光谱特性与能量传递的机理,研究不同的形貌、粒径、表面状态与发光特性之间的相关性。对所得的稀土纳米粒子进行同质或异质(硅壳、有机配体等)壳层包覆,嫁接功能性基团,提高纳米晶的发光效率、稳定性、水溶性和生物相容性,进而获得性能优良的功能化稀土纳米发光材料,并探索其在荧光探针、生物标记与成像、医学诊断治疗等方面的应用。这对新型稀土纳米发光材料的设计与合成以及它们在新型光电子器件和生物医学等领域的应用具有重要的理论与实际意义。

英文摘要: This project focuses on the controllable synthesis, luminescence properties and surface functionalization of novel rare earth nanoparticles. Rare earth luminescent nanoparticles with different morphologies and sizes are efficiently synthesized by different methods through selecting the right system and the various reaction parameters, such as precursor, solvent, surfactant, pH value, and temperature. Our experiments and anylasis are conducted to develop the efficient preparation methods, explore the nuclear formation and growth mechanism, study their luminescent properties and the energy transfer mechanism of different rare earth ions, and investigate the relationship between the different morphology, particle size, surface state and the luminescence properties of these rare earth nanoparticles. The resulting rare earth nanoparticles are coated with homogeneous or heterogeneous shell (silica shell, organic ligand shell, etc.) and conjugated with functional groups to improve the luminescent efficiency, stability, aqueous solubility, and biocompatibility, leading to the suface functionalized rare earth nanophosphors with the excellent performance. These obtained nanomaterials are used in some fields such as a fluorescence probe, biological labeling, imaging, medical diagnosis,and therapy to explore the possibility
