中文摘要: 蔷薇科系统与演化研究一直是被子植物系统学研究的热点之一,而其中又以水果丰富的苹果亚科(如苹果属、梨属、枇杷属、山楂属等)备受较多关注。本文旨在以园林上应用较多的红果树属Stranvaesia Lindl.和石楠属Photinia Lindl.为主要研究对象,通过全面采集石楠属和红果树属的所有种类,利用单拷贝或低拷贝核基因与叶绿体DNA序列相结合的方法对石楠属、红果树属及邻近属进行系统发育重建,深入探讨和分析石楠属和红果树属两分类群间的系统学关系,开展石楠属东亚-墨西哥间断分布类群间的植物地理学研究;同时,对石楠属属下分类等级的划分进行检验及修正,并结合形态-地理变异式样对石楠属属内种间关系、部分近缘种的种间界限及特殊类群的分类学地位进行探讨,从而为石楠属全面的分类学修订提供分子证据。

英文摘要: The phylogenetic study of Rosaceae has always been one of the hottest issues in systematics of angiosperm. While the subfamily Maloideae, rich in friuts familiared with us such as Malus Mill., Pyrus L., Eriobotrya Lindl., Crataegus L., has been attracted much more attention. The Stranvaesia Lindl. and Photinia Lindl., widely used in horticulture,are the main research objects in this project. The phylogenetic reconstruction among Stranvaesia,Photinia and other relative genera will be conducted based on single or low copy nuclear genes and chloroplast DNA sequences. And several main objectives will be evaluated and discussed including the relationship between Photinia and Stranvaesia, the phylogenetic and biogeographic relationships within the Photinia entities, especially for the relationships among the species distributed in the eastern Asia and Mexico. Meanwhile, the intrageneric taxonomic structure within Photinia will be tested and revised. And species boundaries for several relative species and taxonomic status for some important groups will also be discussed combined with morphologic-geographic variation pattern.
